Claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse. Language poor English/Asian Male. Asked If I had an iPhone or Samsung. Told him It was none of his business at which he forgot his script and didn t know what to say. Then hung up.

This is a delivery service company working on behalf of The White Company and other retailers.

0161 820 3548 First Response accident claims @ 3.24pm on 26th May 2016 Man just called me with the same accident response claim cr*p as others have reported. This is the 3rd call from the same person in the past 2 weeks! Each time I have asked them to take us off their list but they keep on calling.

I usually find if it stops ringing after 4 or 5 rings it s a cold caller.

just received a call from them. they addressed me with my sir name. I asked them what it is regarding? Guy replied he can t tell me anything until I confirm my all details due to data protection act. Just hanged up the phone.

Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. Subsequently they rang me on said number begging for me to return ? Too late! I wouldn?t go back if it was free.

They ring up every week asking if you?ve updated your gas and electric meters to smart meters. recieved a call from HSBC today. somethin about upgrading the "ordinary" account to "premium". well, I don t like being cold called so I hang up. a day later I phoned HSBC. they told I hadn t been called. so..... question... are the guys at HSBC liars or, and more likely, this call had the sole purpose of aquiring account details and so on, aka phishing.
