Was advised to call this number by TESCO.Net in connection with an email problem & was told it was Microsoft technical support. Phone answers as Technical Support. They required access to my computer to check my email settings, started looking in other places, then told me I had trojans that would not be stopped by an anti-virus and tried to sell me 'protection' . I felt uncomfortable & pulled the plug immediately but too late. Gut called me 20 mins later very abusive. Over £100 to fix damage

I am in York and the call appeared to be a York number but I asked the caller where they were calling from and they were based in Loughborough.
