Called asking me about an ISA I don't have.
Call to my mobile. Didn't recognise the number (but similar to my mobile) so didn't answer even though it rang for a long time. No message or follow up call or text.
This is allegedly 02 network from an Indian call centre. When i spoke to them i said let me call my customer services to verify your phone number they hung up. As it happens 02 didn't answer the customer service line so unsure if a scam number posing as 02. It didn't charge me for the call. I have blocked the number.
Phone number not known so didn’t answer. No message left.

strange unsolicited call from number belonging to: 'W A Read & Sons Ltd' Upon answer there was no reply and the phone put down. I called them several times over and got redirected to voicemail until they eventually gave up and answered. Lady picked up and I asked "What do you want"? No response and phone was put down. This happened two more times. They then disconnected the phone it seems.

64057 is the number to text to STOP reciving messages from We Buy Any Car.com On my network, O2 this is rated as a premium rate number/service so I was charged 13p to opt out. I dont know if other mobile providers recognise this number as a premium rate number or not. WBAC stated that they operate this as a free service and the cost charged is from O2 in my instance. I know its not a biggie - but strange to be charged.

Getting so fed up with calls from this number, and others including what appear as mobiles, telling me that my "home appliance insurance" with them has expired, or is about to expire, and asking for my bank details so that it can be renewed. Very strange that the company insuring me (they're not, of course) has no idea what appliances I have. Calls coming 2-4 times each day.

I found this number on my 11 year old daughters phone and when I checked it out found that it belongs to a 40 year old man named Ali who met my daughter through Instagram and was trying to get her to meet up with him - reported to police who are now investigating and have arrested the individual for interview - he is VERY DANGEROUS beware

I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. This number called me today. Didn't recognise it so didn't answer. If it's a "real" call they will leave a voicemail. They didn't, therefore more than likely to be some kind of scam. Number blocked, suggest you do the same!
