This number keeps calling me but doesn t leave a message. Assuming it s a nuisance call or there would be a message.

They called I answered, they hung up and when I attempted to call back the phone went dead. Several attempts were made to return there call as I am very security aware. However as no msg or call was made to my house I assume its a PPI or cold calling scam. I will retract any commets if I find they are untrue for now my view is dont bother to answer.

They called me several times, I called back and they said they were a pension company, then asked if I had any provident or catalogue etc loans I needed clearing.

They keep calling daily and putting the phone down on the times that I do answer (sometimes it s a missed call so shows they keep trying). I have blocked the number today.

Ring at very anti social times of the day, quick talking Indian guys who have no idea how to say my name, rude when I refused to spare 1 minute to answer their questions, then put phone down. I have stopped answering these suspicious calls for the time being - too busy. As with the one I received at the same time yesterday, when I was having breakfast, I concluded the caller was another criminal trying to persuade me to give them access to my computer so they could infect it. That is because the majority of the calls I get are of that nature. The likelihood was all the greater because, like yesterday s call, it was purportedly from an area where I do not know anyone.

Annoyingly you have to answer the phone to add it to your BT black list so i only answered and hung up straight away. i dont know why they bother and i hope they rot it hell.
