Has rang 3 times in twenty minutes asking for someone who left the company over a decade ago. Then asking for the person who deals with the energy account (we have a broker who deals with it all on our behalf) and when told we are not interested rings back anyway.

Scam, automated call supposedly from Amazon Prime about the subscription..., goes on to say press 1 for... press 2 for..., yeah, like I am touching anything other than end call and blocking it, anyone who presses a number on the keypad according to such directions will undoubtably transfer you to a premium phone number costing £X's per minute, or some other way to scam money from you, ask yourself, would a multinational company be phoning from a normal phone code?

One to avoid so don't let them have your bank account number, or let them start a contract for you. There is a Facebook group, Cheaperwaste Waste Managed Unhappy Customers which reports terrible things.
