Ring their phone: you ll find the voice message is by teenager who can barely read the script. The script is by someone who can t write - "If you have had A accident...". They convinced me to switch to another provider and that I had to pay an amount upfront for an activation fee? Is this normal? Then they stated they had a power cut as soon as I gave those details and they then had to ring me back? Sounds suspicious if you ask me, it has been an hour now. What is happening???

SCAM- Usual, increasingly repetitive and tedious recorded call claiming to be from BT who are, shock, horror, swoon, about to cut off my internet. Crooks. Sworn at (not that anyone would have heard me but it felt good!) and call-barred, with pleasure. Keep on trying you f*****s, you'll never get anywhere here.....
