Phoned me 3 times today saying I'm due PPI. Local number. First caller had bad English. I know I'm not due any PPI. Pests!

@Debbie - very much not real - Amazon wouldn t call you out of the blue and certainly not from Hinkley.
nWhatever you do, if you have downloaded anything, delete it - now...

I too received a call about some recent transactions on my account. But after them calling me they then wanted to confirm some details (i.e me just hand over details over the phone) no wayyyy

A sales agent called Matt tried to sell me a watch after saying he was from precision pb ................ tosser

An asian sounding gentleman rang from this number, said has name was Daniel, and that he would only take up a minute of my time, and then wouldn t bother me again. He knew my name and postcode. I asked what it was all about, as I wouldn t give any information until then. He hung up.

Keep getting calls from this Local number but no one is on the other end and when I call back it says that this number is not in use. What is this ??

Claims to be from BT informing you that your internet has been compromised. Scam call, I have reported this number to BT.

Unallocated number so definitely a scammer. These calls use spoofed numbers but originate outside the UK. The scammers can spoof any number they want. They ransom dial number...

The 0161 354 XXXX nos. have also been used with the 'HMRC lawsuit' scam, so any bets it's the same gang of scammers?

Called about getting my website on Google Absolutley fantastic service. Lovley chappy cant fault the service at all signed up and still happy 3 years down the line!!

These people have continued to hound me on my mobile number chasing a person that I do not know and despite requests to cease they continue.

London number (fails to connect on call back) Indian voice asking to speak to Mr ......, told me I had a serious issues with my PC. When I asked him for the identity of the PC and its serial number so I could identify which of the 200 PCs at my location was the issue he blathered a bit and then when I asked him which of the Police Constables he wished to speak to he hung up. Annoying call, uses different extensions automated message claiming from HMRC Taxes

keep ringing and when i did answer on about debt from 9 years ago that my ex wife run up proper [email protected]

called from above number, and left part of a message stating that they would call again in the future, leaving a telephone number of 0208 254 7038.

asked for my husband and said he'd call again. Put the phone down when I asked who he was.

Read the comments after googling this number 01254686360 which was left on my phone (1471) no message left on my 1571.. So thanks to the comments previously left I will not be answering it or if I do I will be ready with subsequent replies... Thanks to previous "posters" on this site :-)
