I just received a call from somebody (obviously a scam) saying they had information that I had recently been involved in a RTA. They asked if the accident was my fault, I said, No ! They then asked did the person who caused the accident stop and apologize? , I said no they didn t, well they stopped, but didn t accept liability if that s what you mean! I then added, I killed the poor deer when I hit it . They said, so you re a murderer and should be in jail! Then they put the phone down on me - how rude!

My call intercepter did not put this call through. There has to be a person on the end of the line not just an autodialling system as they have to give a name before it is transferred to me to accept or decline. Sorry I am unable to shed any light as to who this firm is, but I guess it is cold call selling (despite being registered with TPS) or could be a scam, either way I do not want to have anything to do with them.
