My partner pays his Credit card at the end of each month since he changed his job. He asked this company to change the date the payments came out. Meant moving DD from the 20th of each month to the 30th. They refused!For the past 3 months, from the 20th to the 30th we have received approx 6 calls a day!! The person on the other end told me they were ringing to review my mortgage. When I told her I was uncomfortable discussing it over the phone, she got aggressive and rude.
