Received a call from this number.. recorded message of woman’s voice saying it was from Bank security.. That my bank had a request from Amazon for £200+ and bank transfer for £700+ and to cancel press a digit. This number came up as 2 sets of numbers, one was a long number, and another this one I am reporting below it(that is what alerted me) when ringing. However when I hung up and looked at the number, just the 01224 857793 is showing?. It’s a scam.SCAM

Fraud Call claimed to checking on possible fraudulent payments from a bank card (one to Amazon, and one international), and inviting me to press 1 to continue. But as it was left on answering machine this could not be done. No card provider specified and they didn't address me by name. On checking, no such payments have been made from any of my cards.

SCAM Automated call Banking AMAZON American female voice claiming that my Visa Mastercard (!) was being debited for large amounts of money - one going overseas, and the other to Amazon. "Click 1 if you've authorised these transactions, or 2 to speak to our fraud advisor", or similar message. I put the phone down.

SPAM - so many calls from this number and very similar ones.

SCAM tried asking for my passcode saying they were NatWest bank and was I trying to send someone £600 into a western union account I said no and they started asking for my passcode I no the bank don’t ask for this information so I hung up and reported it to my bank and they confirmed it’s a scam no money was taken

DANGER ! Definitely Spam. Lady with Indian accent as O2 customer service telling me they had received multiple complaints about signal problem. I said I was satisfied with signal coverage. She then tried to give me a number to call back. I challenged her and told her I thought she not not legit. She started arguing. I said a real customer agent would not argue like that. Put down the phone.

Sales call Fraud Said she was from the Energy Savings Team who would visit the house and assess for reducing heating bills etc. She refused to give a company name and when I insisted she hung up. I subscribe to TPS but this doesn't seem to have any effect on the spam/fraud calls I get...

They could answer a my question if they are want me to switch my provider or they have a deal from my own mobile provider. They also didn't know who my provider is but wanted me to tell then. Sales call / this is a call from SD of Verkada Limited - a tech company selling security cameras etc. It will likely be related to an email whereby it is suggested he will be "in your area" next week. Of course he doesn't know where you are and in the absence of matter-transportation will not be there. It's an unsolicited sales call and not very clever. Best avoid firms like this where they start with a lie.
