Flagged as scam on Samsung so did not pick up. Have a business phone so would not expect personal life insurance call. Honestly, GDPR was a waste of time, penalising honest businesses but scammers and thiefs are safe? Just don't pick up a number you don't know, why would your Insurance call you? They never do.

Spam caller saying from Virgin media and i had a problem with my internet connection and tried to get me to give him access to my computer, threatened to disconect my broadband if I didn't do as requested. I refused and phoned Virgin - nothing to do with them

This person calls himself Advik Anup and pretends to be looking for a wife on matrimonial site.. will talk to you for a few days saying he's from London and is permanently shifting to India.. send you a fake ticket for his travel and then he'll call saying that he's stuck at the airport and his traveller's cheque is not valid or something and ask you make a payment.. when I confronted him, he deleted our entire chat and blocked me on whatsapp.. please beware

Robocaller, silent, scam

Someone called Rose Mark, trying to buy a new xbox from me. Said she'd sent payment but I received an email from 'Natwest' saying the funds would go into my bank once I sent a tracking number. I rang my bank, it's a scam. The email came from [email protected] when I confronted her with what my bank had advised her WhatsApp profile disappeared!

I googled McAfee Support Contact Number and clicked on a like. A McAfee front page appeared giving me a freephone number to call, which I did. After a few minutes, it seemed obvious that this was not McAfee and I put the phone down and turned off the PC. I

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 2071934xxx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with robocalls, classical insurance marketing - "have you been in a car accident", mostly something called Sky Expert Guidance team. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

Card Saver. Told him politely that I wasn't interested and he hung up on me. They've called us before and we always say we're not interested. We are TPS registered.

Number has called 4 times plus today very persistent and pushy claims to be from QMS but could not provide basic company information!!!

Fraud, Threatened to arrest me unless I pressed 1, claiming that I had committed tax fraud which I haven't.

Telemarketing

Claimed to be from National Accident helpline and had all the details of a previous accident I was involved in (I had not been involved in any!) They were phishing for info and when pressed for clarification then admitted they knew nothing.

foreign call centre calling to arrange a medical and asking to confirm my details. said they got me details from the UK claims regulator and that once I attended a medical at my local hospital they would pass on the compensation. I wasted about 5 minutes

A caller from 'Denmark' called Oscar Adams asking why I don't want to use Diamond Finance. After hanging up caller rang back 4 times to ask why I didn't want to use the services until I mentioned Trading Standards and the Police, funnily enough he then stopped calling.

called twice now I have ignored both calls but have tried to call back but the line clicks and then goes dead that are calling from the Isle of Benbecula wherever that it.

I believe this company changed their number to get round apps like this.
