Just had my third call from this number today, was in this time, Someone with american accent said their name was Frank, wanted to ask me about were I shopped etc. started getti...

They wanted information on the road traffic accident I have not been involved in yet. I guess they must be a clairvoyant agency!!

Had a call asking for me by name, said that they had got my PPI back for me. They know the bank that I had dealt & asked if I had a account with them now, told them no had new one, they asked which, I told them the first one that came into my head. Asked what type I said saving one, asked about insurance, said don t want any. They put phone done.

An online trading company claiming I had registered on their site. I have no idea how they retrieved my phone number or email address. They were aggressive and insistent

called me just now. I did not pick up the receiver.

Didn’t answer, and they did not leave a message, so probably a scam.

Picked up but no response on the other end so I hung up.

Just want to know who is calling. Don't know the number

Asian girl claiming to be from Talk Talk can see problems with your internet connection (and let s be honest who hasn t got them) she will ask you to log on to laptop or PC , don t it s a scam

This number called today and put down phone straight away

Called and never said anything and hung up could not call back. Please do not call again

missed the call but when you call the number back it doesnt exist or is not recognised.

09 Dec 2021 - Has called 3 days in a row, not sure if its robotic or a person but after I say hello there is silence and they put the phone down. I suspect they are testing numbers to see who answers then possibly sell this data on to other spam callers. Don't bother answering, block number if you can. Reply

Whoever called spoke with a foreign accent and knew my name. Music was playing and switched off when the call was answered.

Call came approx. 3 hours after one from 01247 896583 which research suggested SCAM was from people purporting to be from BT.01495 No was a pattern so I picked up and blew my trusted whistle down the phone. Magic! They won t ring again.

Called saying he was from Microsoft and I had a problem with my computer. When I repeatedly asked why he was calling he became very abusive. Caller had an Asian accent but knew some very offensive English words! I informed the police.

As other commenters have already said, asian accented callers who leave "background noise" messages on my answer-phone. Don t bother phoning them back.
