It said about detecting unusual activity on my PayPal. I think it's a SCAM since it doesn't come up with the name PayPal.

i answered call it was a womans voice with a foriegn accent ..i asked who is calling and what the call was about..and was met with silence so i hung up ...so its either spam or scam call.don,t answer.
Had a call from this number today firstly on my mobile which I managed to reject. It immediately then rang my landline which I didn t answer. Who are these people and how did they get my mobile number? When you ring the number back they don t identify themselves and ask you to leave a message. Sounds very dodgy so be aware.
