Unfortunately I did not get the name of the company but they were very aggressive at trying to make me claim for fictional "injuries" from a recent Road Traffic Accident (no fault of mine, another car scraped the side of my vehicle). I this is a search i made for Matalan in Newcastle upon tyne I pponed the number as i wished to speak to customer servie. A male voice spoke to me saying you have reached your credit please press one to make a payment, I dony have any credit withe matalan. I thought this was a bit fishy so i blocked the number. then i asked my husband to phone the number from his old Nokia phone. the reply was. This number has been blocked. hmmm was it a scam or what. this was my experience, I hope my comments help.

I don't have all the details yet but I do know that my daughter is not the only victim of this predator.
