Best advice I can give is BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK the muppets. They disputed my PPI Claim as they offer Repayment Option, only changed the name in 2008 so got company sorting it now. Had my card 11 years so know I m owed thousands & Im not payin em a penny more till sorted. My hubby paid approx 680 over 7 years on his natwest & got ?2,196 back. It s worth checking everyone, we couldn t believe it as his limit was only ?800 & a business card. Good luck & keep blocking...

SCAM / SPAM Basically saying they are calling from Amazon prime and you have been charged for your subscription, I asked which card as I had three linked to my account, he couldn't tell me. So I stated he was a scam trying to get my details and he hung up on me...Well if that isnt a clear indication that they are up to no good, I dont know what is. Always question ANYONE asking for your bank details

Have received several calls to both a Vodafone and BT mobile number. Irritating sounding English woman called Julie, who requests information regarding the car accident someone had at the address. Obviously seeking information to scam folk out of, probably money. Reporting yo ofcom as this is a disgusting trap and highly annoying!!

Had 11 calls yesterday and so far 6 today most calls are silent or just beep and the say goodbye. 1 of the calls I had there was somebody at the other end who said they were from the TPS and wanted to know if I was still getting unwanted calls and I asked what like this one and put phone down but they still persist in phoning sometimes 3 times in the space of 20 minutes

Very plausible good English speaker from Call Prevention Service claiming to be working with the official Telephone Preference Service. Gave a Bournemouth address and a contact name. Selling something to block calls at about ?1.95 a month. There is no such number. You can pay BT same amount for similar service. Suspect also data gathering. I have reported to TPS
