Call received on my mobile the number of which is rarely given out. Very noisy in the bank ground so I could hardly hear what they were saying but basically it was about the age of my boiler. Not something I would get back into with a stranger on the phone

I was curious of this number previously but have now related it to my house alarm which is set up to text me when there is a fault/activation of my house alarm. Every month an automated check is done on the phone line (hence the 61p charge on my bill) to check the system is still working ok and able to then text when required. A small price to pay I guess for piece of mind when having an alarm system, but unfortunately something my alarm fitter forgot to mention when installing it!

This number calls several times a day and has done so for many weeks. From what I can find on the internet, it seems to be based in India and is a scam. We have activated call protect on our landline and hope this will block further calls.
