Called to advise me I needed a pension review. Incorrect and out of date information given by them, called using a number I ve never given out to anyone as its in a device with voice calls forwarded to my other phone. Divulged private details without authentication. Definitely sounds like a scam.

When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." An Indian lady saying she us calling from BT about my Landline & internet connection . Then tries to confirm my name by saying my fathers name { passed away nearly four years ago } . On informing them that the person doesn't live here the phone was put down . I'm not with BT either . My Location Leicestershire Called on Thursday at 10.10 Block and report these scammers .

Receiving 4-5 calls from this number every day, automated, regarding energy efficient gas boiler. It says press 2 to book appointment or 9 to stop receiving these calls. I have pressed 9 several times, makes no difference and have pressed 2 twice and tried to explain I have a new boiler only for them to put the phone down!!!! Sick to the back teeth of them.

Just received recorded "urgent message about my pension - could be entitled to £1000!! press 5 to claim or 9 to unsubscribe" - DON T DO IT, DON T PRESS ANYTHING, JUST HANG UP. This is the third time they have called my number, called back this time but number is blocked - surprise surprise!
