Very rude and aggressive stating my address and saying that he will pay me a visit because I called their company a scam

Asked me to confirm details which I wasnt willing to do and then tried to sell me the old ppi speech said I wasnt interested and then hung up. Caller then decided to keep phoning me back to which I ignored 6 times I then added the number to autoblock and it was another 14 times. ignore this caller.

This number called me on my mobile at 8am!

Recorded voice, say that they are from talktalk and they are going to cut off broadband. I have had many of these crap calls, sometimes multiple per day.

i waited until out of office hours and called 0114 700 0889. it directed to the Voicemail of Amelia Hernandes. i believe these guys are professional scammers.

I was called by someone calling himself "Yogi" allegedly from Carphone Warehouse and I renewed my contract through him with Vodafone. The incentive being a substantial cash back deal. The cheques never appeared and Vodafone do not know anything about the deal (so they say). Vodafone are refusing to honour the deal and I have reported them to trading standards and the communications commission as they are saying they cannot see on their system who renewed the contract. Hal s reply is spot on. If someone sends a text message to your landline and you don t pick up the phone it gets stored for you to retrieve later. This 0795 number is where you collect the message, plus the number of the mobile phone that sent the text. It s not dangerous. All depends on what the text message says, of course - that could be anything. In my case it was someone texting to say Sorry I Missed Your Call. See? Not dangerous.

Recorded message supposedly from BT advising not to use Internet banking as my account has been compromised. Message says to ring 0800 number to get fixed. Obvious scam

Somebody with a very strong Asian accent called me and asked If I had had a traffic accident. When I pretended I didn t understand him He said Oh my god , can you even speak English? I said No . He said I didn t think so. and hung up. Weirdo! Bloody spam, ain t it? - caller: 01162984682
