Alleged NHS phone number for the immunisation management service. Spoke to a woman. Then I realised after having put the phone down that there is no way to check that I was actually speaking to a member of staff of the NHS. Too late! Caller claimed to be representing blockchain.com claiming I had an account with them containing about £4,000.00 (I know that I have never had anything to do with cryptocurrency). I told them I knew this was a scam. They wouldn't stop pushing, so I played along a little. They then asked me to download Teamviewer. So they were either likely going to lock me out of my computer or attempt to steal my passwords. I gave the guy a serious roasting and hung up.

I was cold called and told that as I was under 65 and drawing a deferred company pension I was entitled to a £1,000 pound payment. I asked who this was calling and all they would say was The helpline . I told them that I was registered with Telephone Preferences and that I should not receive such calls. I further told them to remove my name from their database.
