A lady with a heavy sub-continent voice called Patricia alleges she is from the non-existent National Repayment Department. She asks for personal details, before asking for your bank details. Very rude and persistent caller, they call themselves Green Shield. I have reported them to TPS. I will wait to see if that does any good.
