This is another number used by "Alex from the Solar Centre" It is a SCAM, bot ! A cleverly set up bot that can make some sensible replies to my enquiries. e.g. Q Are you working from home? A < a standard response> Please can you repeat that. But then went back to the same old preamble about 4 free home installations in the Dorset area, which it had said 3 times this week already .Each time I block the number, it pops up from an other one!
Keep getting several calls a day from this number, sometimes on the answer machine you hear chatter but not every time. I have also spoken to them and said I have a new boiler,...

We got a call from this number at 2.20am which woke us up with a fright. Recorded message saying ‘Can you hear me?’ And no response when sleepily replied. Really annoying - couldn’t get back to sleep afterwards for hours. No idea what the purpose of it was.

Another lousy supposedly human being, telling me in the whole of my area that it was me who had won a prize. Yeah of course I have. Scam all the way, will report this. Scammers seem to be choosing pensioners an awful lot, must think we are all brainless. I hope that Karma comes to them sooner rather than later, that some flea bitten scammer does the same to them or their family.

Hi Ive just rung the number I read above - 0207 1750125. I spoke to a man called ~Barry who said that I had applied for a loan. When I said I had applied for a loan but whenever it comes up I have to pay I dont persue the application. He then said that it was a for a "membership" not a loan. I told him I had no idea what he was talking about as I had not spoken to anyone about "memberships etc" and I had not given my card details to anyone. Had a phone call from them and they seemed to know some of my personal details (well, as far as my phone number, name and 1st line of my address). I asked them who they were and got the response AAC and nothing more than that. The guy was very evasive and when I asked what the call was regarding was just told it was "sensitive information". I told him he had the wrong number and I hung up. I was involved in a car accident about a year ago so they may well have been ringing about that.
