This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I received a phone call on my landline from a female caller, Asian accent, purporting to be from Google. The caller asked if I had received the warning messages they had sent to my computer. I was informed that these were not emailed messages but were in my computer and that if I was in front of my computer the caller would show me where to find them. I then attempted to terminate the call the caller said that if you chose to ignore this call you will be deregistered from Google. I terminated the call.

I switched to Eon a couple of months ago, had a couple of letter saying want to install a smart meter but not replied as awaiting the mark 2 ones to be the ones fitted, and read the Mark 1 ones can be a real pain and lots of hassle when if they go wrong and mis-record, and you energy supplier does not believe you, taking excessive DD payments etc etc ... so expect the phone call could be about trying to get the smart meter installed
