Said they were calling from Virgin Media relating to problems with my internet. Sounded like a call centre in India. Wanted to talk me through giving them remote access to settings on my internet. Very dubious, please be careful!
False accident claims. When I asked to be removed from calling list the caller shouted f#@k of you kn@b and hung up.

Apparently we ve had an accident and he wants to help us! The mobile number hasn t been given out as it s new so definitely a scam. Now blocked.
Was called from this number with a robotic message claiming to be an urgent message from HMRC about a fraud to do with me. I put the phone down before hearing the full message but on ringing back later got no response/dead line. This seems like it is a hoax designed to get people's personal details.

A recorded message saying "This is a redirected message from British Telecom - your Internet connection will terminate in approximately 30 minutes - press one to be reconnected. I immediately put down the phone as I have had this call already four times this week all different numbers which have been blocked. Fraud, It is a computer message saying you are being investigated for tax fraud and a warrant issued. Press _ etc. Do not respond to the fraudster. Warrants are not issued over the phone and HMRC will write you if they have any queries.

This number is a company called Natural Essentials. They flog over-priced vitamins and supplements to vulnerable elderly people. They are really persistent. When they come up against call blockers, they instantly re-dial with alternative numbers. Just recently they are even switching to international numbers in an effort to bypass. Associated numbers are 08000148950, 08000148960, 02034567894, 02034535242, 02034535243, 02034535244, 02034535245, 02034535246, 02034535247, 02034535248. Block them all!

I received a call from this number but I didn't answer it because it is not in my contacts list.
Man with Indian accent asked for me by name, claiming to be calling in relation to DNS mail server problems. Asked if my computer has been running slowly or with issues and then asked if I was happy for him to go ahead with fixing it. I am ex-directory and TPS registered etc so asked how he got my details which he then claimed he got from my ISP. Clearly that wouldn t happen due to data protection so I asked for his company name and contact details so I could call them later. He said i could check them out

This number keeps calling, even though I m ex-directory. Sometimes their side is dead and then they call back again. Its PPI people trying to get me to make a claim. I have asked them to stop calling. They still call. Their telephone manner is VERY rude. Annoying people who I d never use even if I did ever want to claim PPI (which I dont)

Said my number had been given through Reactive Media - another company that is rated untrustworthy - no idea how they got my number (I am on TPS). Discover Broadband called me on 07/08/2018 on 0161 768 5650 trying to get me to change from BT; When I asked where they got my name and number, she gave me some reply that as we are with BT they do a survey as a customer with our details; but didn t actually say where she got my details from. I would not give her my postcode or 1st line of address; I thought if she had name and number she could get that. She talked non-stop for 20 mins when I suggested for both our sake, she cut the call and ring me back

A foreign sounding man introduced himself as John Parker and said I was due for refund of bank charges. I gave him my dob (I recently claimed charges and for a second thought it was genuine.)I would never give bank details and said so. I just said Lloyds bank(not true).He said his boss will phone me today. They called this morn and I didn t answer. Dreading the phone ringing now and worried giving my dob was a dangerous thing. He didn t swear but got more impatient as the call went on.
