SCAM FRAUD. I got a call from a 07 mobile number prior to this call. Both of them is an automated message saying a letter from HRM Revenue was sent to you but was returned. Legal action will be taken against you, press 1 to bla bla bla. I didn’t even bother to listen to the rest because there is no reason for HRM Revenue to contact me. Call themselves Security Matrix. Claim to be connected to Global Payments. Want PCI and security details. Will not provide anything in writing or proof of connection. Beware. At the very least they need to improve their systems to be credible.

They called at 7.38am claiming to be from Microsoft and wanting to speak to the computer owner. They hung up when I answered no to all their questions about my computer.

Caller said name was Mick from Petronagroup. Called from London 02080973588. Tried to get me to download Anydesk App (giving them remote access). I said no to that! My opinion DON'T GET INVOLVED WITH PETRONAGROUP - they lost my money (£250 and were forever asking for more funds to invest). Then they closed my account so that I could no longer Log in. I have been arguing with Fabio, Martin at Petronagroup via WhatsApp for refund and believe this a scam that I will now report to ActionFraud.

SCAM. purports to be Bt openreach ,but, gives Bt number ! and sends a "pin" in a message.

Call today supposed to be from BT telling me my IP address was public and hey would make it private. 2 men in what sounded like a room full of people spoke to me. I sked where the were calling from and they gave me an actual BT address in London. I asked the guy if he was Indian and yes he was. I told him the 1st person I spoke with was India too. I asked him if this was a scam. I then heard someone say drop the connection. So looks like a scam to me.

SCAM Heavily accented man called 'Peter' from BT ringing about my internet service being interrupted.

Said there had been unusual withdrawals from my bank account, one for £800. Never asked my name, never said which bank. Put the phone down.

Asked for me by my first name, (the cheek of it). Then claimed to be from social housing repair, as we all know there is no such company (a legit one anyway). Furthermore, I know that my landlord do not deal with anyone that would just cold call tenants, especially one that uses an asian call center. Yet more thieving scumbags who should be ashamed of themselves.
