Called to advise me that microsoft had put a virus on my computer, they asked for my bank details to give me a refund, i only gave part of this to them but i started to question why they were telling me my phone bill was also due. They have hacked my bank account and taken over ?300.00. Please do not answer the phone to these scammers. Learned my lesson playing on the vulnerable and elderly.

Got a call from this number and although it seems to be a Bristol number I wasn't expecting any calls from that area so I didn't answer it. No answer phone message was...
"Thank you for you loan application for £500" Advised them I did not want a loan and not applied for one and they hung up. Lady said her name was Sandra, definitely didn't sound engliah at all tonne, in fact a very strong Indian accent.
