SCAM - initial recording warned my electric was going to be shut off in a few minutes. When I transferred to a "representative" it was what sounded like an Indian man. He asked my name and verified my address. Funny thing is, my electric bill is in a family members name. He told me the "balance" and the amount was incorrect because I have my bill in front of me and an a real call wouldn't give me info since the account isn't in my name without other info. I don't know the full details of the calls, but 01270 311034 has been harassing my father today, calling back every few minutes despite him repeated telling them "no". Seems like the behaviour of scammers to me.
