0203 4554638 - this number has called me several times over the last week. She said she was calling from Curry's and "wanted to give me a 30% discount on your account" - clearly a scammer - I hung up - these people should be taken down!

I don’t answer unknown numbers so I don’t know who this is. However, I did block a similar number a few days ago when I was expecting a call from a doctor and accidentally answered an unknown number. It sounded like a young-ish black man and I told him I wasn’t interested in what he was selling. Then I blocked the number. This is a very similar number.
Caller claimed to be from a charity which teaches English as a foreign language to impoverished populations and wanted to recruit me as a volunteer to have conversations with students - quote "they may ask you questions about your life" so I believe a long con to gain information about my identity. SCAM: received a text message, allegedly from my daughter, at 00.54 in the morning which was 'hello mum, this is my new number. My old phone no longer works. Can you send this number a message on Whatsapp? 07706376356.' So I did. I then checked with my daughter, who confirmed that she has not changed her phone number. I have phoned the number twice since; does not pick up but does go through to an anonymous voicemail.

Press 1 to speak to bank or press 2 to speak to an advisor. I am fed up of them calling and I put the phone down or let it go to answer phone.
