called twice in 2 days no reply when answered
Called by a Welsh lady saying they were handing out free grants for loft insulation -- did I have loft insulation? I immediately smelt a rat & asked who was calling. She simply said "a grant company". I asked what their name was. She was very evasive but eventually said "Nationwide Energy." I asked what their address was but said she didn t know(!). The guy who called could hardly speak English and said that I needed to update all of my details with him today otherwise, no one would be able to reach me by telephone or via my web site. I asked who he was calling from and he didn t say, so i asked him to delete my number from his call list. I think he then said he would ensure my entire records would be deleted and slammed down the telephone. Bon Chance!!

SCAM, called pretending to be Virgin media saying that people were accessing our internet once they started to ask certain questions I became sceptical. I asked why they hadn't gone through the normal security checks and they said they could confirm my internet line which any competent scammer can do and is not the usual security check I told them I would just change my password and they said it would not stop the problem :) so I said if they were genuine they should send me a letter

Received a recorded message alledgedly from the National Crime Squad Agency advising that my National Insurance Number had been involved in fraudulent activities - press 1 to speak to an officer....... As it has come from a mobile number I doubt very much this is legit so will follow this up with the Gov website & correct channels.
this number keeps calling my uk mobile every 2:00am (+10 time zone summer time) at night with a very quick hang up. It wakes me up every night. my number rare known to anybody, so i guess it is a spy or automatically scheduled phone call by someone trying to do sth not nice
