This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. 27/06/2018. Just had a call from 02038236850 purporting to be a Lisa Williamson from HMRC sounding very threatening about owing money. I phoned 1471 to see if the number came up and it did but didn't call it as I thought it must be a scam. I'm sure HMRC don't do business like that if you owe them money, which as far as I know I don't.
