This guy called me and he said he was a member of the association AML "anti money laundering" in UK and international also. He pretended he could recover money from crypto websites. Man with Indian accent asked for me by name, claiming to be calling in relation to DNS mail server problems. Asked if my computer has been running slowly or with issues and then asked if I was happy for him to go ahead with fixing it. I am ex-directory and TPS registered etc so asked how he got my details which he then claimed he got from my ISP. Clearly that wouldn t happen due to data protection so I asked for his company name and contact details so I could call them later. He said i could check them out

this number called to inform me by recorded message that my internet was about to be disconnected and was asked to press one of 2 digits on my phone keypad where I would be directed to discuss my options. I consider this is a scam which would then connect me to a premium phoneline. it is now blocked by my call protect and I advise anyone receiving a call from this or similar numbers with the same dialling code not to press any digit on their phone but hang up and block the number

Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram.
