Call centre representative asked to speak with "Mary" and went on to query details regarding life insurance policy with Insure. Stating I don t have a policy with Insure, he replied that they were a marketing firm acting on behalf of life insurance providers. He then asked whether I had a mortgage (because this includes life insurance). I informed him I was not a mortgage holder. I queried given that I don t have life insurance and am not a mortgage holder, why my mobile number was on his list? To which he
