SCAMMERS. I have just been called by them. They knew who to ask for, but it was an unsolicited call "checking my details" to see if they were up to date. The man with a foreign accent (I know that doesn't mean anything necessarily) seemed unconfident and not quite right somehow. It was unlike any bank call I have ever received. When I said I would prefer not to discuss anything with him over the phone due to extensive scamming he said he would send me a letter. I agree with previous comments. This is a scam

Caller asks about washing machine make we ve never had then when I asked who he was said his name was Chris, Didn t sound like a Chris though, English was highly Indian/Pakistani sounding.
