Local call suggesting I needed accident compensation . I have not been involved in any accidents

calling trying to sell mobile phone + contract ,seems a bit dodgy cant call them back or find the number , say there voda phone

They keep ringing me on my mobile even though I blocked the number and don't answer. Very annoying!!!!!

Answered the call and when I ask where they had gotten my number from the just hung-up.

I was called by someone calling himself "Yogi" allegedly from Carphone Warehouse and I renewed my contract through him with Vodafone. The incentive being a substantial cash back deal. The cheques never appeared and Vodafone do not know anything about the deal (so they say). Vodafone are refusing to honour the deal and I have reported them to trading standards and the communications commission as they are saying they cannot see on their system who renewed the contract.
