My wife wouldn t put the call thru to me until they confirmed what they wanted to ask me about. The caller refused to confirm this, so wifey hung up on them. These jokers called me today addressing me as "Mr Steven" I said where are you calling from? He said "Nationwide" I said "Really? Well then you should know that in Britain nobody is Mr first name either just use their first name or Mr with their last name". This confused my thickly accented Indian friend greatly but I think he understood me in the end.
