This is a scam number, and probably all numbers 023821464**. Asian sounding voice said he was from "Amazon Fraud Department" and that my account had been compromised (I don't have an Amazon account). He quoted, correctly both my mobile number and my house phone number. Told me that the account would be frozen. Carphone Warehouse - Cold Call Sales. Assuming it was just a sales call but find it odd how when I mentioned I was locked into a contract that they would "legally pay" me "out of the contract". A whole 2 years worth of bills? Sounds a bit odd to me.
