SCAM - Claiming to be calling on behalf of EDF Energy, total gas and British gas to update records. I called EDF, they confirmed this is not their number. This is someone lying in order to try and get business away from your energy providers and therefore any information you give them could be used fraudulently!

02392 910896 number called saying he (indian sounding - and partially broken english) was from Sky (my ISP) asking if I noticed flucktuating BB speeds. I said no, and he went on to tell me why they were. Argued that they wern't. I asked him if he knew that I was suffering from slower internet speeds from what I was paying, then (as he was from Sky) he should be able to tell me what internet speeds I should be getting. TAXES / HMRC Received a call from 08002853110, claiming to be from Department of Work and Pensions, fraud detected regarding my National Insurance Number, which was being suspended ! I tried to contact DWP by phone, but, due to Covid, was told to go online @ gov.uk. Online - was told to phone DWP contact number. Gave up, and decided to call above number - NUMBER INVALID. Got to be a scam !

They began calling last year and I blocked them. Then they call from a different number. They started from a London number 020 something and then they began calling from my town 01308 294566. The last time was 25/02/16. I called the number back but an automated voice told me it was not an important financial matter and hung up. I m a disabled pensioner. It is either an educated young man or a young woman who tries to keep me on the phone and continues to ask me about accidents. I hung up on her.
