Phone call from The Auto Lounge regarding my purchase of a Ferrari.

Indian man, after giving an English name,says he is calling from BT Technical Dept.I know that there is no such Department within the BT organisation!!I said goodbye and put the phone down!! It is High time BT themselves did something about this type of call as it has been going on for a very long time.Do not be fooled, it is a SCAM which potentially will relieve you of large amounts of your money!!

Just had a call from this number no one talked on the other end phoned back and it was a recorded message saying the number is from a outside the UK company spoofing there number and we should report this matter to ofcom

Debt collector. Had been receiving calls daily. Finally answered and they asked for my address and dob! Hung up and did research on the company. Called them back as I didn t think I had any debts. Gave them my details, but they had my old address. Confirmed that. Microsoft ringing me about my computer. A scam..... when I asked them to cut to the chase and describe to me what was the exact scam they were trying to drop on me, they rang off. Strange....LOL

this company just rang and rang and rang, even when i asked them why they were calling me 4-5 times each day the caller just laughed and hung up - i just blocked the number after a few days had enough of the rude callers.

I don t know why they give out 0843 numbers because they all seem to be used for these types of premium rate scams. If you register for the non-existant prize draw you are charged huge sums for every message you get from them until all of your phone credit is gone.
