Holly Baldwin, Silvershine Services called my mobile today, asking about the accident I had just had. Asked where she got my number she said Road Traffic Accident Department which obviously is twaddle, or there own internal RTA department. When pressed repeatedly about the department she put the phone down. Shame, I was just getting warmed up.

Just been called from this number - thought it was a real human at first, but then realised it was some sort of semi-automated system, pretending to interact with my replies. Claiming to be Injury Claim Law - they have an interesting website, which contains a number of spelling mistakes, so doubt they are anything other than a bunch of low life ambulance chasing chancers!

This Asian prat, after asking me my name said in a thick Paki accent. "I have not rung to tell you anything" So I said in that case **** Off and put the phone down. But I was right; this cretin is from Londonistan where 4 out of five residents are from foreign descent. I know of no one in London so why ring me if it s not to try and con money out of me. I was called this morning by a lady saying that she is from the pension office. She asked whether I had private pensions and whether it would be possible that somebody would see me face to face to go through my private pensions. I asked her to write me an email, however she said they would not work like this. By this time I thanked her and said good bye. Not serious at all! I was called by someone calling himself "Yogi" allegedly from Carphone Warehouse and I renewed my contract through him with Vodafone. The incentive being a substantial cash back deal. The cheques never appeared and Vodafone do not know anything about the deal (so they say). Vodafone are refusing to honour the deal and I have reported them to trading standards and the communications commission as they are saying they cannot see on their system who renewed the contract. I was told he was not trying to sell me anything. It was the third stage in government scheme first wall insulation then loft and now grants for windows. It s a scam. Told them to sod off...but they still ring.

Used the company several years ago but have regretted it since. Continue to get calls even though I have told them in no uncertain terms that I do not wish to be contacted or have any new products.
