the 020 numbers have rung on more than 1 occation and only ring for a very short time then hang up

Scammer told to do one

Received call form this number and called back to see who it was. Apparently it is the company that handles upgrades on behalf of T-Mobile. They had called me in error as I am with O2. No problems when I informed them of this.
