Broad Indian accent, difficult to understand but the general gist I got was he wanted my details so he can save me 30-40% off my bill. Had to press for details on what bill he was saving me money on, he stammered and, almost like he was guessing, said my O2 mobile phone bill. Nobody in this house has any O2 devices so be safe - don't give these scumbags any details. Block the number, maybe work out some of your anger by screaming abuse at them as I did.
Seems slightly odd when their listed number is 020 8429 6600.

This is a new number for Utilita, which has been using different numbers to market energy provision aggressively. Elsewhere, on different numbers, this company has generated a lot of complaints. So, I?m guessing it?s only a matter of time before the complaints ratchet up here. Don?t know where they got my number - certainly never asked them to call.

SCAM Some "Learning centre" Indian gentleman talking super fast so you can't understand everything he's saying. Hung up after I asked how he got my number as I'm on TPS. He hung up. My number on contract with o2 taken over by fraudster. O2 cancelled the number but it has been used in attempts to access my credit cards. Also possibly being used as a debit card app. number. Police and Action Fraud are aware.

SCAM - pre recorded message advising your internet is about to be disconnected due to illegal activity and to press 1 to speak with ‘an agent’. Advise hang up and block but they also use different numbers by the look of it........

Fraud - Claiming to be O2 will ask you to give them a code. This is 100% not O2 as I said I wasn’t the account holder and they proceeded.
Called saying they could save us Tax due to HMRC. Told them we weren t interested but still they call 5-6 times a month. A real nuisance and harrasing!!
