Received call everyday this week from this number
Very similar to everyone else. Had a phone call saying that I was wanted for Tax avoidance and that they were issuing a warrant out for my arrest if I didn?t pay. Seeing as my tax is paid through PAYE I know there?s no issue with my tax. However the tone in which the call is made is quite aggressive if someone is not used to this kind of con. Promptly put phone down.

SCAM / SPAM - They phoned me and claimed that I haven't paid my taxes and that I owe £3,900 and with fines that was now around £20,000. Then informed me that I have 2 options Option 1 - to go to court and risk losing the case and owing £20,000 or Option 2 - pay £3,900 now. I was called by someone calling himself "Yogi" allegedly from Carphone Warehouse and I renewed my contract through him with Vodafone. The incentive being a substantial cash back deal. The cheques never appeared and Vodafone do not know anything about the deal (so they say). Vodafone are refusing to honour the deal and I have reported them to trading standards and the communications commission as they are saying they cannot see on their system who renewed the contract. SO PLEASE BEWARE - I WILL ALWAYS AS
