When looked up it’s not connected to any company, personally I’m not waiting for a phone a call from Manchester as I’m from a different area in the UK. Amy claimed be be from a domestic appliance insurance company and wanted me to renew my policy with them. I've never had such a policy for any of my domestic appliances. I suggested to Amy that she might consider earning an honest living instead of makingthese spam phone calls to innocent people. She she didn't understand me and hung up.

They rang our landline and asked to speak to the BT broadband account holder. I said I was the broadband user and then they put the phone down on me. So I have blocked the number.

Having received a call from this number I decided to call the number back, it was connected to a Pension Claims company, however as I have started to notice if you listen to the full message you can remove your details by pressing X/#... so will see if this works.

Fraud My mum got a bill for £45 for this number that said she was on the phone for 25 minutes but she's never rang this number. She gets alot of calls that hang up so it might be one of them that has somehow not disconnected the call and reversed the charge. Be wary
