Called twice today. Answered 2nd call - "Mike (Punjabi) Smith", from 'BT'. Foreign person using my IP address for illegal purposes - would need to disconnect my internet for 5 days. Told me to hit CTRL+R and Windows key and enter something. I played along (doing NOTHING on my laptop, but then asked him, "You say this is coming from my IP address - then you can tell me what it is!?". He gave me a random number from hos head, I guess. My kids schools, dr/ NHS! Told them to fuck off. Job done. Cheeky bastards. Third scam call from my ‘ new’ PLUSNET ACCOUNT. numbers are being sold. That’s it. So I’m cancelling my contract with PLUSNET. Internet/ WiFi is shocking anyway. AVOID THEM AND THIS NUMBER.

This is the 2nd time I have received a call from this number in the last 2 days telling me I have ordered something form Amazon...a phone for over £300 which I haven't. It is automated & even though I blocked then yesterday they seemed to have got through again today. No one speaks, just an automated message! Definitely think it's a scam!

My call intercepter did not put this call through. There has to be a person on the end of the line not just an autodialling system as they have to give a name before it is transferred to me to accept or decline. Sorry I am unable to shed any light as to who this firm is, but I guess it is cold call selling (despite being registered with TPS) or could be a scam, either way I do not want to have anything to do with them.
