I am confused by this. I recently received a call from this number about an annual service booking; the woman at the other end knew my name but wanted me to confirm my address and postcode, which I did. I agreed to a suggested date and time, and she tells me that I will be getting a call on the day to confirm. This was something to do with "Their records showed I had received bad investment advice in the past." This was a complete lie as I have never made any investments. I told them this and asked not to be called again. I received an almost identical call from a different person on the same number the next day. I forgot to mention to them that I am TPS registered, but clearly their company does not care about that as they don't check.
