Call from "technical department" of Microsoft. Caller (female) spoke in broken English. Told her I was on the TPS and I was going to report her. Then put the phone down. Second call in 48 hours. Maybe some people wouldn't realise this was a scam?

this scam involves getting access to a persons computer controlling it and it works and is quite easy to perform the scammers use log me in rescue a tool used by guienune support companies but use it to gain access to your personal files they then download a FAKE ANTIVIRUS and tell you that the problem has been solved then they will bring you to a site where youl be asked to put your bank card details and various other personal details which they have no business of knowing in to the boxes then they hang up
