Received a call straight after saying that they were calling on behalf of my provided and asked me for the expiry date of my bank card, when I asked why she got shirty with me and put me onto her 'verification manager' he then asked the same question and when I asked what the call was regarding he basically said he was putting me on a new contract 3 times more than what I am on. 26.06.16 had text then call to my mobile then call to my office all asking me to confirm a particular transaction. Immediately thought it was fraudulent but on contacting my bank directly was told this is genuine call from TSB. Advised me to call the number which I did only to be spoken to by someone who I could barely understand. Was then advised that they were very busy at the moment and that someone would call back within 24 hours. Checked my online banking and no transaction of that value appeared so it

Reply was a recorded message, no name given but did say that I did not need to call them, they would call again and if I did not wish them to call I should press 1. Hmmm !!! We shall see.
