Apparently this is the Energy Advice Team and I thought this company were just cold calling me. I soon realised that they were just responding to my application regarding an air source heat pump and solar pv panels on either Facebook or Instagram. They are actually a very friendly and knowledgeable company.

Scam. Claims to be from HSBC trying to warn me about an unauthorised payee request. Honestly, as if times aren't hard enough without these scum bags trying to steal from working people. I missed two calls - the second one today 17/09/16. I looked the number up online - didn t find any comments. Rang the number back - there is a voicemail message that says it is a Market Research company and how to get more information about them. If you did want to speak to them they can be contacted on 01908 278303 - maybe to get your number removed from their list. They do have a website - might give info re how to do this on there. Or block them/don t answer if you are not interested.
