Claimed to be from reputable finance institution with loud dance music playing in the background, wanted to make sure I got back money I had invested, some nonsense about block-chain, called him out as a fraud and he said the music was because it was Friday afternoon! A foreign sounding man introduced himself as John Parker and said I was due for refund of bank charges. I gave him my dob (I recently claimed charges and for a second thought it was genuine.)I would never give bank details and said so. This is Boots trying to sell directly. Boots use automated dialing and will call every day. If you pick up you ll get music until Boots have a sales guy available. If you hang up boots will just call again. You cannot call them back (its a machine). Boots will never stop calling you, even if you ask them. The only way to make them stop is not buy againthing from Boots or Boots.com. If you have done, your screwed.
