The email also contained a website link and three phone numbers which I was to contact in case I was interested. This is actually Santander. I just had £400 of bank charges refunded by them over the phone and had my online banking on to check the refunded had been made at the same time. They asked for part of my date of birth and address, which they have to do to check the right person answered the phone.
