Similar number 3332129432 is already reported here with financial services - probably this one is the same case, same call centre? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. I had a call from this number - claiming to be the tax office - automated service said there is a fraud case against me and if I didnt stay on the line a warrant for my arrest would be issued. I stayed on the kine for a moment then hung uo as I did not get a human. Thus was to my work phone number not my personal number - i feel it is a scam.
